1. |
FEES |
|
1.1 |
All course fees are
exclusive of food & accommodation, unless stated. |
|
1.2 |
A place can only be
reserved on receipt of a completed
Booking Form and a non
refundable deposit of £50/person. Payment can be made by cheque (made payable to ‘Escape Routes’).

1.3 |
Places can be reserved by email or over the telephone for a 5 day period
only, but this must be supported by a completed
Booking Form
and a non-refundable deposit of £50/person. |
|
1.4 |
The balance of the fee
is payable four weeks before the start of the course.
Failure to pay the balance at this stage may result in
cancellation of booking and loss of deposit. |
|
1.5 |
The WHOLE course fee is
required to reserve a place for any booking made within four
weeks of the start of the course/programme. |

2. |
CANCELLATION BY CLIENT |
|
2.1 |
All cancellations must
be in writing either by email or by post. |
|
2.2 |
Cancellation up to FOUR WEEKS before the start of the
course/programme incurs loss of deposit only. |
|
2.3 |
Less than FOUR WEEKS
notice of cancellation incurs a charge of 80% of the total
cost of the course/programme. |
|
2.4 |
Cancellation within TWO WEEKS of the start of the course/programme
incurs loss of total fees paid. |

3. |
CANCELLATION BY
Escape Routes (Cymru) |
|
3.1 |
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure
that advertised /confirmed courses/programmes actually run,
Escape Routes
(Cymru)
reserve the right to cancel at any time where numbers fail
to reach a workable minimum or where conditions are not
suitable for the required level of course/programme. |
|
3.2 |
In the event of a
workable minimum failing to be reached, four weeks notice
will be given. When conditions are not suitable, as much
notice as possible will be given and clients will be offered
the following options: |

3.2.1 |
Full refund of fees
paid; |
|
3.2.2 |
The same course/programme
on revised dates. |

4. |
INSURANCE |
|
4.1 |
All those attending a course delivered by
Escape Routes (Cymru)
are advised to take out an insurance policy to cover against
any eventuality likely to exist during the course/programme. |

|
|
Outdoor
Activities are potentially dangerous. In completing a
Booking Form, clients are accepting the risks associated
with
participating in them and accept that
Escape Route (Cymru)
cannot be held responsible for injury or illness
a rising from participation. |

FEES |

1.1 |
All fees will be quoted
on an individual basis and will be related to the confirmed
itinerary which clearly notes the inclusions & exclusions. |

1.2 |
A place can only be
reserved on receipt of a completed
Booking Form and a
non-refundable deposit, as specified in the confirmed
itinerary. Payment can be made by cheque (made payable to
‘Escape Routes’). |

1.3 |
The balance of the fee
is payable eight weeks before the start of the course/programme/expedition.
Failure to pay the balance at this stage may result in
cancellation of booking and loss of deposit. |
